Prior to becoming and independent consultant Nikki led the Talent Acquisition team across the USA for one of the world’s leading security organizations. She supported the recruitment platform by creating a world class selection and candidate experience process.  Nikki also spent eleven years in the retail industry and built the field recruitment and sourcing capabilities for one of the world’s largest retailers. A leader in the field of talent acquisition for more than 18 years, she is skilled in training and mentoring recruiters in utilizing proactive search as well as social recruitment methods and strategies.


Nikki has distinguished herself in the field of talent selection and placement. She has been recognized as one of “20 over 30” successful women by Women for Hire Magazine and as one of the “17 Most Influential Recruiters on Twitter.” Nikki has written numerous articles on recruiting as a profession, and was interviewed by Good Morning America for a feature called “Secrets to Job Success.” She has shared her knowledge on panels and speaking engagements across multiple organizations and universities including ASIS International, the leading organization for security professionals worldwide. Nikki was a panelist for the Business and Professional Women Foundations, Women Veterans Summit discussing Personal Branding for Women Veterans and Military Servicewomen. First Lady, Michelle Obama was the Keynote.
